The restaurant operates on a ticket system, and there is a ticket vending machine on the left as you enter the store. Whether you go in right away or have to wait, buy a meal ticket first. There is a water dispenser next to the ticket vending machine, so you can fill it yourself. I forget the name, but it's a type that can supply delicious water. This time, it's a standard serving of tsukemen with a half-char siu topping. One thickly sliced ​​char siu and one koro char siu. There was a fair amount of pork char siu in it. The rest is menma, naruto, a piece of seaweed, and chopped green onions. The tsukemen soup wasn't very muddy, and it was pretty average for this kind of soup. Personally, I found it very delicious. The rich tsukemen feels a little boring. The soup is a combination of animal and seafood ingredients, and has a nice flavor. It tastes a little sweet, so maybe it's pork extract? The noodles were medium thick, which is typical for this type of tsukemen, and they matched the soup well and were delicious. I am satisfied with both quality and quantity. I often go to Kuriyama, and I also used to go to Shiraku Kuriyama Noodle Shop located at the Yokohama Bayside Marina outlet. This time, I heard that they had become independent, so I visited them right away. Since it has only been open for a while, the menu seems to have been limited a bit. I feel like the operation was a little clumsy, but I think time will resolve it. Let's watch over it with warm eyes.

The elaborate soups are quite delicious. If anything, I prefer the rich soup in the evening portion, but the medium-rich soup in the lunch portion is also well-balanced. I also recommend the half-char siu topping. In the winter, make sure to keep the soup from getting cold.
