More Comments at Google MapVery delicious ramen with thick white oyster soup broth. Order from the machine, do note they do not accept cash. There was a short queue when we arrived, but the queue move relatively fast. Was given the counter seats and it gave me a clear view of the chef in action. Fried oyster was okay, can skip. Service staff was very polite.
We arrived at 7:45 pm on a Wednesday and ordered from the ticket machine out in front. You can get the ramen in 2 sizes, medium or large. It has English translation and they take cashless payments only. We waited 17 mins before we got seated. Known for their oyster ramen we got 1 bowl and a side of oyster rice - to share. They also had a tsukemen version using wide fat noodles which I wish I had gotten as well. But we wanted to try other restaurants that night as well, being the foodies that we are. A foodie can only fit so much in their bellies. The restaurant seats around 14. As you enter there is a huge square table that seats 8, and there’s counter seating for 6. You can instantly smell the aroma of oysters. If you are seated at the table you can see everyone around you eating. They have a projector displaying graphics on only half of the wall. The other half was missing a projector. You will find your eating utensils in the drawer under the table including an apron and pepper mill. Our food came out 5 mins after being seated. Wow, what an oyster flavor bomb. The bowl comes with 1 oyster, 1 pc of pork belly, bamboo, raw onions and some purplish-pink flowers. The broth was not salty and had a strong oyster taste. The pork belly was tender. As for the oyster rice I would pass on it. Though the oyster flavor was light, it contained no oysters. When we left at 8:18pm there was no line. Staffs were smiling and friendly and brought us an empty bowl knowing we were sharing. They even bowed as we left the restaurant. If you like oysters, this is not to be missed.
Everything was amazing! The best ramen I have ever had! The broth was made from oyster so it has a very distinctive taste, also is not overly salty like most of ramen. The atmosphere is really fancy too. They only have counter seat but each seat will have only 1 pair of chopsticks, 1 paper apron, basically 1 of the everything so it feels very personal. Nothing to complain about. Will come back again to try different types of ramen 💯
