More Comments at Google MapNew store opening in June. I saw it on SNS and was interested. The store opens at 11:30 a.m., and I had an errand to go nearby at just the right time, so I visited. I was wondering if there was a parking lot on Google Maps, but I went with the information that there was. Arrived around 11:30 on a weekday. There was no line in front of the store, so I headed to the parking lot. Three of the four seats were filled. When you enter the store, welcome with a cheerful and friendly voice! and. Although it was just opened, 3 tables were occupied and 2 seats at the counter were occupied. Since there was only one person, I was guided to the counter seat. Originally made like a snack, it seems to be a coffee shop from the remaining signboard. You can see the food being prepared from the counter. Cold is self-service, but a system where you put your own cold water bottle on top of the refrigerator. No water cooler. I ordered a special Chinese soba (medium) 1000 yen and a roasted chamayo bowl 300 yen. You can have a large serving of rice. I ordered a large serving because it was small when I looked at the vessel. Chamayo bowl arrived first. I thought the vessel was small, but it was quite voluminous because it was tall. Because it was roasted, the mayo was fragrant, and the chashu match was very delicious. Next, the special Chinese soba arrived. Speaking of ramen, it is said that the bowl of this shape and size has a large amount of ingredients such as large menma, pork belly char siu, bean sprouts, boiled egg, green onion, and bamboo shoots on the ramen that looks like Chinese noodles. I didn't feel it, but I felt a lively feeling in the nostalgic Chinese noodles. The original Chinese soba that competes directly with the recent potage and Jiro styles. Take a sip of the soup. . . The chicken broth and the sweetness of the vegetables give it a natural flavor. When I slurped the straight and slightly thin noodles, I felt that it was well balanced. It's not like the Takaida style, it's a thick and thick soup, and I had the soup until the end. However, after I drank all the soup, I wanted more water, so I felt that I needed a cold water bottle on the table because it was too much trouble to go to the top of the refrigerator twice to put it in the bottle. The side menu is also abundant, so I would like to come again next time.
Special Chinese soba is delicious The taste is a little strong, but it is not rich Menma, ajitama, and char siu are all wonderful. In particular, the deliciousness of menma was a special mention. Fried chicken was also good Former Cafe Eleven Next door Mr. Rinka has taken over and is open
Opening June 28, 2023 The day before, I was invited to try the special ramen (medium). The shop next door is “Shun no Gochiso WAKKA”. Originally it was a long-established coffee shop called "Cafe Eleven", but due to a sudden incident in the owner's family, the shop was closed, and it seems that he decided to rent a shop and run a Chinese soba restaurant. The aim is to have a “simple old-fashioned Chinese soba” like Tenri’s famous restaurant “Butanakan”. The target audience is men in their 40s and 50s. As a ramen after a drinking party, the light Chinese soba seems to be popular. Grilled pork is about 7mm thick and slightly firm Noodles are medium thin noodles (~ slightly thin noodles) I prefer the return of soy sauce to be a little sharp, but it was simply delicious. The side menu item is spring roll dumplings, which are filled with bean paste and must be ordered. I felt that there was a little more room for growth, so I would like to keep an eye on it in the future. By the way, from 8:00 in the morning, there seems to be a morning menu of hot sandwiches.
