More Comments at Google MapThe tonkotsu ramen is well-balanced and goes well with the rice. According to my friend, the curry ramen was also good. I also had a great time chatting with the shop owner who loves motorcycles.
delicious. Ramen where you can enjoy just the right amount of saltiness, just the right amount of sweetness, and pork oil. Ramen with rice. It doesn't have the strong pork bone aroma of the Wakayama ramen that I know, and I get the impression that it has a slight garlic flavor. It may not be categorized as Wakayama ramen. I don't know. I don't know, but it's delicious. If basic tonkotsu ramen goes so well with rice, I'm sure curry ramen will go even better. I'm looking forward to going next time. There is a counter that seats 4 people (the number of seats may have been reduced due to the coronavirus pandemic) and 2 tables that seat 4 people. The restaurant seems to be run by the owner alone, the customers who seem to be regulars at the tables, and the sense of community-based atmosphere where the waiters are all the same. It's full of satisfaction. Thank you for the meal.
I visited at noon on a weekday. I paid by purchasing a meal ticket and ordered a lunch set of pork bone ramen and white rice (700 yen). It's pork bone ramen, but it's thin noodles, garlicky, and the aftertaste is a little spicy (because there are red grains in the soup?), and white rice goes well. It was delicious. Also, it seems that you can get mustard greens and chives for free.
