The restaurant seems to be run by the owner alone, the customers who seem to be regulars at the tables, and the sense of community-based atmosphere where the waiters are all the same. I visited at noon on a weekday. I paid by purchasing a meal ticket and ordered a lunch set of pork bone ramen and white rice (700 yen). It's pork bone ramen, but it's thin noodles, garlicky, and the aftertaste is a little spicy (because there are red grains in the soup?), and white rice goes well. It was delicious. Also, it seems that you can get mustard greens and chives for free.
