I come here once a month to eat Kuro tonkotsu ramen

Niku Soba Marugen I actually didn't know much about this chain restaurant, but I started going there because I liked the meat soba. A soy sauce-based soup goes well with the firm noodles, but I especially like to top it with gooey chili oil to make the soup quite spicy (that's a bad idea...). This is so delicious! When you eat green onion meat soba with lots of green onions, you can enjoy the crunchy texture of the green onions and the juicy texture of the pork. I recommend the fried rice as a side. You can make it burnt to your liking on a piping hot iron plate, or eat it piping hot, depending on your mood at the time. Also, when you're concerned about carbohydrates, it's great that you can choose low-carbohydrate noodles!

This is Marugen Ramen Nabari branch. This restaurant is famous for its meat soba. The other menu items are also very delicious. The shop staff is bright and has a nice atmosphere.
