Although it is a little far from Tomio Station, this abura soba specialty store is scheduled to open in April 2023 near two ramen restaurants. The inside of the store is clean and there is only a counter. The inside of the restaurant is rather large, with chairs for waiting customers lined up in a space that could be used as a table seat behind the counter. Abura soba similar to ``Kirinji'' found in Shinsaibashi and other areas. Isn't the ramen bowl the same as Kirinji? I think the manual for how to eat abura soba was the same. The taste is also delicious. Similar. series? Noren separation? The service provided by a man who seemed to be the store manager's attentive and calm manner was also very good. By the time I left around 9:30 pm, there were 6 to 7 people waiting in the waiting area at the back, so I knew it was a popular restaurant.

I had a chance to go there, so I went to eat there. I ate the soft-boiled hot egg oil soba (¥800). It was very delicious. Although it says it's abura soba, the oil wasn't too strong and I didn't really feel the unpleasant heaviness that comes with oil. The staff was friendly and I was able to eat with peace of mind. The prices are also reasonable, and you can eat a set for around 1000 yen. Be careful not to use too much spicy miso on the table. Even a third of a spoonful of it was quite spicy. I was a little concerned about the smell inside the store. I think it's probably the smell of the ingredients in the abura soba. I plan to come again. I think I'll try a set next time. It's become a bit of a habit.

It's similar to the abura soba that I used to eat when I lived in Tokyo, and it's very delicious, so I eat it every now and then. Speaking of my desires, I would like to have a space between the 2nd and 3rd balls, and since the store is so large, I would like to have a table seat. Then I could go there with my family. If there is only a counter, it will be difficult to bring children.
