it's one of my favourite stores. You can enjoy ramen that you can't find anywhere else, combining the best of Italian and ramen. (Sorry I'm bad at explaining) I didn't put cheese on it when I took the photo, but it goes really well with cheese and I highly recommend it. The fish in the daily mini bowl is also purchased from the market and is very delicious, so I highly recommend it. In the summer, they also sell shaved ice, which is popular with tourists. I usually order the clam salt soba or the limited menu, so next time I would like to try the Chinese soba as well.

Everything is stylish 👍️ Clam salt ramen looks just like Italian 🎶 The balance of whole wheat noodles, clam soup (5 pieces‼️), and various vegetables was excellent👏 Finished the soup😉 The rice bowl is also amazing... Cooked sea bream rice, nakaochi, and sockeye salmon marinated in salmon roe and soy sauce. Expensive❓️❓️ I'm satisfied with this quality 🤔 It was a great memory from my trip 🎶

At the outside seat, we had clam salt soba, fried chicken soba, and chilled Chinese noodles. Why clams in the mountains? I also thought, but when I saw the origin, I was convinced. I don't know why it's dandelion, but it's definitely delicious. It's a unique system that I haven't tasted much elsewhere, so if you come to Nagatoro, I'd like to recommend you to come here before eating miso pork and miso potato.
