More Comments at Google Map2023.11.5.Revisit Aono-san's X offers a limited-time menu, and it looks delicious this time as well♪ So, using Kanetsu, I passed the traffic jam on the opposite side of the road and went to Aono-san! I had the Wagyu Beef Consomme Soba from the limited menu. Soup, consommé...Yeah, well...I thought so, but there was black pepper and parsley on top of the char siu to change the taste, and...something black (^_^;)(I wonder if it's caviar...? ) into the soup, it instantly enhances the consommé flavor! Delicious~♪ This is great! The noodles are the same whole grain type flat noodles as the kelp water tsukemen that were available during the summer season, and they go well with consommé soup. The toppings are rare-cooked Wagyu pork chashu that looks like steak, and menma underneath. Thank you for the meal. It was delicious after all~ ♪ I would like to visit again during the offer period ~. \(*ˊᗜˋ*)/ 2023.9.3.Revisit This time I visited in search of ``salt'' tsukemen, which I hadn't tried yet. Wagyu beef...? Wagyu beef on the limited menu...🤔 Oh my gosh/(^o^)\ I had kelp water tsukemen (salt) and wagyu beef rice. Tsukemen, this time I had salty dipping sauce, but this one has a soy sauce flavor, and it has a light yet deep flavor (Is this sea bream soup?), I can't stop slurping the noodles with chopsticks. This screams of joy as it is difficult to compare salt and soy sauce, and it would be even more interesting if you could taste both salt and soy sauce. Wagyu beef rice, oh ♪ The taste of the meat makes my mouth happy. I'm glad I came to Aono-san today ♪ 2023.8.12.Revisit I successfully completed the customary dragonfly return trip to my parents' house during the Obon holidays, got a requested souvenir from the owner of a shop I frequent, and was on my way back to Saitama in high spirits when, oh! That's it! Let's go to Aono-san! That limited menu! So I got off the highway and headed to Aono-san! I had the ``chilled sea bream noodles'' from the limited menu. The red of the tomatoes and the white of the sea bream on top of the rice bowl are auspicious (^_^;), and the cucumber mixed with sesame seeds (if you look closely, you'll notice that there's also finely chopped perilla mixed in) is a colorful green color. . First, I took a sip of the noodles, and oh yes, Aono-san's soba-like noodles were delicious as always. The soup is salty and light with the dashi stock, and if you mix it with the cucumber on top, it becomes a chilled soup♪ It becomes a fun two-tiered ramen. The sea bream was plump and very delicious, and the sourness of the tomatoes was refreshing, making it a complete meal as usual. It was a feast. 2023.7.13. After finishing work in Chichibu, it was almost the last order, but I thought, ``Let's go there when we're done!'' ” I went to a famous restaurant in the northern area that I had secretly been eyeing and had yet to try. When I looked at the food ticket machine, wondering what I should eat, I thought, ``Wow!'' Today only, the tsukemen is kelp water tsukemen! ? If you say something like that... Today's limited edition kelp water tsukemen (soy sauce) and gyoza were served. It seems that you can choose between salt and soy sauce for the tsukemen and dipping sauce, but since it was my first time, I asked the staff which one they recommended and chose soy sauce. First of all, I unwrapped the noodles, medium-thick straight noodles with whole wheat flour, and sipped them...Oh? This is...soba! ? (I ate it for lunch yesterday (^_^;)) The dipping sauce had a dark color with chicken oil floating in it, and when I dipped the noodles in and slurped it up, it was definitely soba! (I had it for lunch yesterday (omitted)) The atmosphere is reminiscent of duck tsuke soba, and it makes you feel hungry. Rock salt, wasabi, and yuzu pepper were added to the small plate as if they were seasonings for the soba noodles, so it was actually soba (yesterday's ohi (omitted)), and even with just the rock salt, you could easily eat it up. When I finished eating the noodles, I added the kelp water that the noodles had been soaking in to the dipping sauce, and since the noodles were soaking in it, it was like soba soup, right? (Kino (omitted)) The gyoza is so soft that the bean paste inside has a good balance of vegetables and meat, and the texture is so nice that it feels like eating soba noodles with tsukemen, but it makes you think, ``Ah, I'm eating tsukemen.'' tea). I ended up getting the limited edition menu at my first visit, but I'm actually glad I was able to eat the limited edition menu. I would like to visit you again. Thank you for the meal.
I came at the same time as the store opened, but there was already a line because it was a Saturday. After waiting for 30 minutes in the store, I was finally able to eat the ramen. The soup is a chicken-based soy sauce flavor. It tasted salty and sweet, but I think it was good. There are several types of char siu, and you won't get tired of eating them. Noodles are a little hard. The impression is similar to udon. But it was delicious and matched well with the soup. I would like to visit again, but I have doubts about the turnover rate of the store during busy times, so I would like to come 15 minutes before opening or on a weekday.
I had char siu noodles, but charcoal fire? The fragrant char siu was delicious. Another type of char siu had a little pig feeling. The problem is parking. A lot of people parked at the laundromat. After that, it was hot in the waiting room. Customers entered without a drawer, so it wasn't that cool on the eating side. I wish the ticket vending machine was installed near the entrance or the air conditioner was a little stronger.
