Today's lunch!! ️ It’s been a long time since I last visited Okaiken in front of Moroyama Station ✨ I joined the company 20 years ago and have been working with him ever since. ️ The store has moved next door to replace the previous one, but the same dried sardine ramen 🍜 is still alive and well! ️ Today is the usual wonton noodles for 1,000 yen and menma topping for 250 yen😍 I love menma~ What has changed from the past is that the noodles have changed to thinner noodles. For me, both now and in the past are ok💪🍜 It was crowded today...😱💔 Waited for 20 minutes with 8 customers💦 After that, the rice bowl was served in 2-3 minutes after being seated✨✨✨ There's still a film of oil and the soup doesn't get cold 😱 Be careful of burns!! ️ The ingredients are traditional: pork fillet, boiled egg, seaweed, menma, green onion, naruto, and yuzu skin for flavor✨🍖 This style has been around for a long time! ️ However, please be careful as it is a normal portion and the portion is large. A large serving is impossible right now💔 The piping hot soup is delicious with dried sardines ❤️ This is ramen 🍜 that you will want to eat regularly 💕 Looks like it got a little burnt...💔😵 Probably wonton...because it's super hot💦 Thank you for the meal!! ️
