More Comments at Google MapThis ramen shop only sells a single bottle of dried sardine ramen. So delicious! ️The soup is amazing!! ️The flavor and umami of the dried sardines are well melted into the soup. Perhaps because the soup stock is made with multiple brands of dried sardines (5 types today), it has a very rich flavor. Even the normal niboshi ramen contains two pieces of chashu. The photo I posted is of dried sardines chashu men. It also comes with two types of pork loin and pork belly. The nostalgic pork shoulder roast is so delicious!! ️ The dried sardines in the middle are not the dried sardines that are left after making the dashi stock. It is dried sardines that are roasted separately. This is crunchy, fragrant and delicious! ️ Tsukasa-san is here for the third time today. It's addictive, isn't it? I find myself saying “I want to eat it!!” on a regular basis. It's just that delicious.
Large serving of dried sardine soy sauce ramen with flavored egg Honestly, I think this is one of the best and most delicious sardine ramen in northern Saitama Prefecture. Unlike ramen that has a strong taste, it retains the nuances of traditional Chinese noodles and is very delicious with a double soup. This is a must if you like refreshing dried sardines. The para chashu was a little boring, but maybe it was the shoulder roast? I thought I would like to eat it with lots of refreshing chashu. The kind owner and his wife will serve you with great care. That alone makes me want to go again. I upload photos of ramen on Twitter every day, so I wonder if my son is working hard behind the scenes. I thought. I'm doing my best with just ramen, but sometimes I think it would be nice to have sushi or katsudon and ramen sets like before. I would like to see it come back for a limited time. Like Kinsho-san from Honjo City, I think the style of passing on the know-how of Japanese cuisine and taking on the challenge of a new era is wonderful. I will continue to visit.
It's my favorite flavor. The soup stock made with plenty of dried sardines is delicious! ️I like the char siu pork as it is thick❣️
