Moroyama, Saitama, Japan｜Miso no Tatsumiya

As an american this was a neat experience. I knew I wanted authentic ramen and this place was close to my families home. This was a pleasant experience. The food was filling and satisfying.

The best miso ramen ever! Delicious taste and cosy place! The chef and atendants were very thoughtful! During the week the place is very crowded with the demand of many people. Easy access, near Hachiko Line Moro station. And if you are lucky you can find a parking spot attached the restaurant! I strongly recommend!

Visited during Moroyama's PayPay campaign. I had the Moroyama Black Miso Ramen. Mar oil and miso go well together. The quantity is also a little large. It's about the size of a large serving at a smaller store. The customer service was very pleasant, and it was a shop that made me want to come back again.
