More Comments at Google MapThe elegant chin soup is a must-drink. All of the chashu was delicious, and the three seasonings made it taste different. The product name is confusing, but the basic soup is the same, only the toppings are different. wife? I also like the courteous customer service. 【Cash only】
Found a hit after a long time. The fragrant aroma of kiln-roasted char siu and the refreshing yet deep flavor of the soup are a perfect match. I like the texture of thin noodles, and I try not to eat too much because I usually get fat, but it was inevitable. The basics are ramen, but they also sell pizza and offer cakes on an irregular basis. Ramen can be eaten from the 800 yen range, so it seems good to enjoy mini bowls and desserts with + α.
It was a shop that I was interested in because it had very good reviews. When I looked it up on my car's navigation system, it didn't show up at all, but I headed towards it thinking it would be okay, but I was naive. I've walked around the area, but I can't seem to find it. In the end, I turned to Google, but I ended up walking into a very narrow alley, which made me quite nervous. And then I arrived, inside a residential area. It's open in a great location lol However, since business is still possible, expectations are naturally high. When I entered the store, I was guided by the proprietress and told her that it was my first visit. I had a lot of trouble explaining each menu item, but I ended up ordering the 5-spicy, 5-chocolate bowl of chin soup noodles and Sichuan mapo bowl. ・Agodashi noodles The soup is beautifully clear, but the chin extract is effective and the flavor is stronger than it looks. The noodles are straight medium noodles that are chewy and go well with the soup. The chashu melts in your mouth, and the onions instead of green onions are a nice accent. ・Sichuan mapo bowl It was delicious. I even thought it was a waste to eat it with mapo bowl. If you pair it with Shaoxing wine, you can eat as much as you want. I think it was due to the skill of the owner, but although it was spicy, it didn't feel vulgar at all, and the flavor of the bean paste and spiciness were exquisite. Also, the seasonings that were placed on the table afterwards were of a very high standard and delicious. There were four types: spicy miso, sansho oil, yuzu pepper, and vinegar, and they were all so delicious that I wanted to take them home. I'm sure you have your own preferences, but I'd like you to try them all first. I later asked the owner, but it seems like the seasoning is prepared for a loss. Personally, I recommend Japanese pepper oil. The sansho pepper gives it quite a punch, but the olives give it a nice kick. Although it is irregular, it seems that pizza is also served from a homemade oven. There are quite a few menu items listed on the blackboard inside the store, and considering the skill of the owner, you'll want to try all of them. Due to the location, I can't visit this store very often, so I was really jealous of the people who live nearby.
