This store has its main store in Nakano, Tokyo. The main store is a popular store with quite a long line, so you may have to wait a long time. However, at this Sayama store, there is a line at lunchtime on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, but I have the impression that you can eat there without lining up around lunchtime on weekdays. The special Chinese food and tsukemen are both delicious and I visit here often. I would recommend Tsukemen with more shichimi.

My first visit was on a Saturday after 12pm. I entered the store with peace of mind knowing that I wouldn't have to wait outside. There was a waiting chair inside the store. The place was full and there was only one person waiting, but I was soon seated. Even when it's crowded, the rotation seems to be good. I received a large bowl of Chinese soba for 900 yen. I ate Aoba-san for the first time, which I had wanted to eat for many years. It was delicious.
