This Kappa had a similar flavor to Kappa 64. Their special miso tomato ramen is really good and filling especially with cheese rice.I liked the atmosphere. There is more space for parking and people compared to Kappa 64.

Entered the store around noon. There are about 10 parking spaces in front of the store. When I arrived, it was almost full💨. When you enter the store, there is a dummy ticket vending machine in front of you🥴.Purchase a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine on the back left side, hand it to the clerk, and you will be guided to your seat. Purchased "Special Tomato Ramen" for 1,200 yen including tax. There are 7 counter seats and 5 table seats. Water is self-service in the center of the store, and Tabasco, black pepper, vinegar, and paper aprons are placed on the side. There are chopsticks and paper napkins on the table. The rice bowl is ready in about 8 minutes. 🐴🌿 The noodles are thin, wavy, slightly hard, and of average length. These noodles soak up the soup well, and they splatter and bounce at the end, so it's best to wear a paper apron. 🤗 The soup is tomato-based and has a slightly mushy texture, like a pizza sauce with an Italian flavor of black pepper.The soup has just the right amount of thickness and is delicious to everyone's taste. 😋 The vegetables include chopped onions, cabbage, and bean sprouts, which go perfectly with the tomato-based soup💕. 🤩 The ingredients were two types of char siu and a flavored egg, both of which were moderately soft and personally delicious. 🥰 The amount of noodles is thin, so it feels like a lot, but it goes perfectly. The thick soup can be enjoyed as is, or you can add Tabasco or vinegar to change the taste. 😁 Before I knew it, I had eaten all the soup for the first time in a while. 🤤 Since this was my first time, I ordered the special one, but I think you'll be satisfied with regular tomato ramen. 😆 After eating such delicious ramen, you will be curious about other menu items. 🤔 As a side note, the square chopsticks here are good because they make it easy to grip the noodles. 🙆

This is a visit filled with expectations. Of course, I ordered tomato ramen 🍜 and had it with cheese rice set 🍅 (¥1100) 🫕 Soy sauce, salt, miso, pork bones... It's a bowl of ramen with a completely different flavor compared to traditional ramen, but I'm sorry to say that this was surprising, but it was really delicious😋. Tomato ramen? What... I was like that too💦 Nowadays, I can eat tomatoes normally, but I used to hate tomatoes. Tomatoes in ramen just looked like something out of the ordinary. In the first place, asking for tomatoes in ramen is pointless and worthless. But now, sometimes I just want to eat it obsessively 😅 Yesterday was exactly that moment. If you can eat Neapolitan, it's okay. If you can eat omelet rice, you'll be fine. Especially recommended for those who like hayashi rice made with ripe tomatoes 🤣 It's not a ramen that you can find anywhere, so I'm sure there are many people who have never tried it, but it's definitely a bowl that you can't miss when exploring a new genre. Even though it's called tomato ramen, Kappa's ramen is a tomato sauce style soup. This is not the style of adding or adding tomatoes to soy sauce ramen or miso ramen. That's why, from the first bite to the last drop, it's a true tomato world deliciousness 🍅 They also have powdered cheese and Tabasco, so you can enjoy your own original flavors. Recommended is the risotto-style finish with cheese rice. This is the ultimate way to enjoy tomato ramen 👍 The interior of the store is large and has high ceilings, giving it an open and welcoming feel. There are counter seats, but table seats are the main seats. In addition to group use, we also have children's chairs available for families. The parking lot is large, with space for about 10 cars surrounding the store. There is another Kappa-san in Sayama City, but that one is only open for lunch. The basic tomato ramen is the same, but the original limited menu is different, so we recommend researching that in advance.
