Iruma, Saitama, Japan｜横浜家系ラーメンいるま家

I visited with my family and ordered soy sauce and salt for Iruma Ramen. Salt is more refreshing than soy sauce. If you can go with rice, I think the taste may be darker, but personally, if it's only ramen, I think the taste should be normal. There were two kinds of char siu and it was delicious.

First visit for weekday lunch. I chose the Iruma Ramen as it seemed to have all the ingredients. Although it has a lot of ingredients, it is reasonably priced at 900 yen including tax. Enjoy free rice for lunch on weekdays. The rice is self-serve. For ramen, you can choose between salt and soy sauce. Choose soy sauce. You can order the noodles, fat, and thickness according to your preference. Since it was my first visit, I did everything as usual. The soup is very mellow. A salted plum with a nice tea-like feel. A pleasant taste that will be loved by men and women of all ages. There are two types of chashu, one is similar to ham and the other is more like a stew, and both are very delicious. The soft-boiled egg is also a nice touch. It also contains quail eggs, which makes me happy. There are 4 sheets of seaweed, so you can't go wrong if you eat it with the free rice. The noodles are medium-thick and stable with a faint wheat aroma. You can add as many onions as you like for free, and enjoy the texture. The store staff was very friendly and it was a store that I wanted to visit! (I think the counter seats are a little expensive...)

I got MAX ramen (soy sauce). The two types of char siu are well-flavoured and soft, like boiled char siu and light and ham-like char siu. In addition, it was a volume worthy of the MAX name, with a flavored egg, spinach, and 5 sheets of seaweed. It's quite far and I can't go there often, but when I'm in the area, I want to stop by again.
