The noodle per se is really delicious.
08\23 I came to the store around 9pm on a weekday. There is a ticket vending machine as soon as you enter the store. It's quite spacious inside and has plenty of seats. There are quite a few customers at this time of the day. Tsukemen tastes good too! The chashu rice bowl is also delicious, so I'd like to order it next time, but I'm having trouble deciding whether to increase the amount of tsukemen or not. There is a parking lot in the back for about 5 cars.
I didn't have high expectations because it's located in front of Higashihanno Station, which is a bit plain (laughs), but when I visited during lunchtime, I was a little taken aback by the deliciousness of the soup. The shop is a style where you buy a meal ticket at the entrance and hand the ticket to the shop when you sit down. The interior of the shop is based on black and has a calm atmosphere. I ordered the shop's best recommendation, tsukemen. The soup of the tsukemen that was brought to me was as thick as it looked. It's a seafood soup, but it doesn't have an unpleasant taste, and it feels delicious even if you drink the soup alone. I drank the tsukemen soup for the first time!
