Tsukiya. Sometimes when I want to eat something rich. This is a tonkotsu-based tsukemen restaurant, but they also have a menu called makanai ramen. It's quite popular, partly because there aren't any strong-flavored ramen shops nearby. There are also stores in Kawaguchi and Nishikawaguchi.

I ordered the limited edition chilled jajang noodles, and while I was waiting, I had water gyoza, and the chilled jajang noodles had jajang meat miso, cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, and green onions on top of the delicious smooth thick noodles.It was a cold and delicious bowl of ramen. It’s also delicious @ Chilled Dandan noodles available only in September are delicious!
