Iruma, Saitama, Japan｜つけそば百乃すけ

I have never visited a store and often order from Uber. Uber's limited Mazesoba is very delicious and I've ordered it more than 5 times. The price is high because we use Uber, but we are very satisfied because the amount is reasonable. I hope that it will be revived soon because it is displayed that it has stopped accepting orders for Uber recently.

We had yuzu dipping soba (with toppings) and char siu rice bowl. The thick noodles with the scent of wheat are satisfying to eat. However, the yuzu flavor and sourness make it refreshing to eat. I'm not a big eater, so it was just the right amount for me to finish two dishes, so if you eat a lot, it might be better to have a large serving. The shop staff also gave me a pleasant customer service, and I was able to eat comfortably.

I got the tsukesoba. The noodles were primo and delicious. Since it is in front of Motokaji Station, the road is narrow and difficult to reach by car, so I walked a little while visiting Denkichi. All of the dipping sauces were rich and creamy, but I wonder if saltiness is needed in the wari soup. It was too salty.
