It turned around surprisingly quickly and I had it installed in about 10 minutes. Ramen (medium) topped with onions. For the free toppings, I ordered a little extra vegetables, garlic, and fat. A little more vegetables was just right. You may be concerned about adding garlic after eating, but adding it will make it much more delicious. The soup is surprisingly refreshing, not too strong and has a nice salty taste. The noodles were thick enough to be easy to eat without being too stiff. The vegetables are also crunchy and are perfect when soaked in the soup and eaten with the noodles. The meat is also tender and delicious. It's also delicious if you add onions in the middle to give it an accent. It all came together well and was very delicious.

Vegetables are normal, but what about the other things after that?" So polite...! I thought to myself that if it had been at Jiro's other stores, I would have been very angry. Self-service water is available at the entrance. It's freezing cold. I'm happy about the upcoming season. However, there is only one table seat in addition to the counter. When standing, there is only enough space for one person to pass. It might be better to start with it. While I was thinking about this, this ramen arrived. The redness of red ginger is dazzling! Let's start with the soup... Oh, this, this. It's delicious... As for the noodles...oh this is it! I really like noodles with a stiff texture. I think it would have been better to have mixed vegetables, soup, and noodles while eating them, but with vegetables instead. And chashu. The one I had eaten only once before was just thick, stiff, and almost tasteless. I thought that's what Jiro would say... The chashu here is different. It tastes good (delicious) and is melty. Thank you for the meal😋 Even though Mr. Jiro is here, the customer service was very good. I'm glad that Jiro didn't have to put too much effort into it.
