Fujimi, Saitama, Japan｜笑くぼ

It's super horse. Originally it was Shirakawa ramen, but I changed it to a slightly thicker noodle with a chewier texture and changed it into an original cup!! The soup is Shirakawa no chemical soy sauce flavor, very elegant. There are two types of char siu, smoky shoulder loin and thigh block, which is also Shirakawa. My favorite is wonton, and the taste hasn't changed since I was a momen. It seems that some people describe the ramen here as old-fashioned soy sauce flavor, or town Chinese style, but that is completely off the mark. Let's call it Reiwa's Shirakawa ramen evolution ver. In town Chinese, you can't eat this exquisite taste. They make the noodles, make the soup and roasted pork fillet at the shop, so there must be a lot of preparation. Considering the time it takes to make, those who know a little about business should think that the ramen price of 750 yen is very reasonable. To be honest, I don't want many Ajinomoto geeks who only eat ramen to come here. Personally, it would be great if I could eat ramen while drinking alcohol and snacking on char siu.

I'm grateful just to be able to eat Shirakawa ramen. I think it would be nice if you could add onions to the topping menu, even if you have to pay for it. I'll visit again
