I received a pork toro char siu topped with Sio pork bones. I had seafood soy sauce pork bone ramen before and it was delicious, but it seemed that Sio pork bone was more suitable for me, and it felt exceptionally delicious. The soup is refreshing yet rich, sweet and creamy yet not overpowering. Pork toro char siu had both a toro part and a fibrous part, and it was a gem that fully satisfied. It was a shop that I would like to visit again. thank you very much.

Gentle taste! It's a mellow and rich umami soup (lol) I personally love the taste! For people who usually eat a lot, even a large serving may not be enough, so I recommend the side menu (laughs).

I've been a fan since the Sapporo days. I always order tonkotsu shio (pork bone broth), and it's a really elegant soup that isn't too bitter or smelly. Very delicious.
