Asaka, Saitama, Japan｜Michinoku Ramen

A shop purveyor to the Self-Defense Force Asaka Garrison. I used to run a ramen shop for many years, but due to the recent rise in prices, I now only have a bar. The meaty menu goes well with sake. Even the general is old, so when he talks about the Self-Defense Forces, he ends up talking about the 31st Infantry Regiment, which was in Asaka in the middle of the Heisei era.

I heard that ramen is not like that, but this is outrageous! The ramen was delicious as usual. Perhaps because I'm from Aomori, the light seafood soup Michinoku ramen is delicious. I also ordered the standard liver, but the garlic and salt in the sauce was irresistible. I think this place is one of the best in the country as a store selling internal organs.

A very cold beer will be served. My favorite is the heartfish. If you order chashu, homemade gyoza, grilled liver, heart sashimi, grilled offal, or spicy tanmen (tsuke), you won't go wrong.
