More Comments at Google MapThis is a store that I really love. I lived in Hikone until about 5 years ago and used to go to the main store every week. I was sad that I couldn't eat it after moving to Saitama, but I looked it up and found out that Niiza also has it, so I decided to visit. I ate the soy sauce chicken paitan, and I was impressed by the taste as it was the same as the main store. I went to various chicken paitan restaurants, but I felt that it was Jujibunya. By the way, meat bowl? To be honest, it wasn't good... However, the chicken paitan remains delicious, so I'll give it 5 stars. Please keep doing a good job. I'll visit you again.
First time entering. Large parking lot. Good view inside the store. Shellfish broth ramen is delicious. There were two clams. What was surprisingly delicious was the fragrant fried rice with soy sauce. Order on your tablet. You can also use PayPay. There are separate large and small men's restrooms. Water is self.
"A family-friendly ramen shop where you'll be happy to receive a handwritten message after ordering." I visited the place a little after it opened, when it was relatively empty around 2pm, as the lunchtime session ends at 3pm. There are quite a few restaurants around the store, such as Daisho Udon, Matsuya, Gyukaku, Yamada Udon, and Dotonbori, despite the narrow street. Orders are taken from a pad that is handed to you after being guided to your seat. Compared to common paper menus, it comes with photos, makes it easier to compare with other menus, and allows you to easily add options such as flavored egg toppings. There is a large screen TV in the store, so you can watch it while you wait. ●About meals "The taste is perfect! The appeal is that it's so easy to eat that you can even drink the soup in one go." This time I ate "Sweet Yuzu Soy Sauce Ramen". The amount of toppings seemed to be less compared to the regular special jujibunya soba, so I ordered extra toppings such as seasoned eggs and green onions. The noodles are not too thin or thick, so they are easy to slurp. Is the soup also seafood in soy sauce? It has a great flavor, and the yuzu is perfect as an accent. I don't usually go all the way to soup, but I was able to have the whole thing. It doesn't make your stomach feel heavy and has a nice aftertaste. It doesn't have a lot of stickiness, and for someone like me who likes light food, I'm very satisfied. Char siu is shoulder roast. It's not thick, but it's large, so it won't make your stomach feel heavy, and it goes perfectly with the noodles, soup, and chashu. It seems better for men to have a large portion. ●Store customer base There are plenty of parking lots, so it seems like there are a lot of families. Many ramen shops are difficult for families to enter, so it's a good choice ◎ Also, what is a typical counter-only ramen restaurant for students? They are very different and the prices are higher than those, so be careful if you think that ramen shops = low prices and high turnover. (Maybe I'm just as wrong as expecting department store customer service from a convenience store.) However, the taste is elegant and the service is attentive. ●About seats Single seats are located in the middle of the store. Basically, if you are alone You will be guided to this seat, so the surrounding tables will be reserved for two or more people. It's a use. There's a partition between each person, so I'm happy to be able to slurp my ramen without worrying about being seen. Personally, I was impressed by the handwritten message that was given along with the slip. Just having this made me feel better. (See photo) ●Points of concern When I arrived, there was space in the store, but I was asked to write my name and wait, so I didn't know if I should write my name and wait, or if I could go inside depending on the situation. Also, there is a curtain at the checkout counter (perhaps to prevent droplets and infectious diseases), so it was difficult to get customers to respond when they came to the store, and the staff noticed when someone came to checkout. I was able to get it and was guided. I think this could be improved by making a sound when the automatic door opens. All of the staff seemed to be kind and gave me a good impression, so I think it will be a better store if they are more careful when visiting the store. I don't think I come here every time, so I would like to come again.
