More Comments at Google MapThis is a store that you can find if you go straight from the east exit of Warabi Station. There aren't many ramen shops around here, so it's helpful that they're open until late. The mazesoba costs 1.5 yen, but even if it's a large serving, it's not quite enough.
Before and after the coronavirus, Ramen Kagetsu Arashi closed and a main store opened in its place. My favorite is chashu noodles Although it is based on Chinese noodles, the soup stock works well and does not feel thin. It goes well with the plump noodles, and before you know it, both the noodles and the soup are gone. The char siu has the firm lean meat that is unique to Chinese noodles, but it is moist and not too tough, so you can eat it endlessly. The whole thing is polite and you can tell the personality of the owner. Tsukemen is a thick soup with charred green onions in soy sauce. It is sealed with flavorful fat to prevent it from getting cold, so be careful not to get burned when taking the first bite. Thanks to the seared chashu that almost melted my cheeks and the flavorful grilled seaweed, I was able to enjoy the many delicious noodles without getting bored.
There are many flavors to choose from and they are all delicious! I especially like the gorgeous wonton soba soy sauce with a lot of wonton, the roasted chashu noodle soy sauce with delicious char siu, and the flavored egg ramen with amazing chicken flavor.
