Warabi, Saitama, Japan｜らーめん 詩

This is the first Ramen I had in Japan. The flavor was really good in my opinion. I had the white chicken ramen, which was very rich and flavorful. The design of the shop (although common in Japan) is not something I'm used to but it is very enjoyable. One of the cooks helped us with the machine you use to order the Ramen, as we were struggling to figure it out ourselves. Unfortunately, the free barley tea they served was cold and tasted like coffeewater. It was not quite my taste. Overall it's a great experience though!

I heard that chicken paitan is delicious, and it was just as I had heard! The rich soup and slightly hard noodles are amazing! The char siu was thick and filling, and there was eggplant in it which was unusual, but this eggplant was really delicious ❗️❗️ At the end, I added rice to the soup and finished it ✨ I’m very satisfied✨ There is only a counter, but it can accommodate about 10 people. There are hangers on the wall where you can hang your luggage. Each seat has a partition so you can eat with peace of mind. Barley tea is self-service! When I finish eating, I put the dishes on the counter and wipe the table with a cloth before heading home! ! The entrance is a door that slides sideways!

The store was bright and easy to enter even for the first time! The chicken paitan ramen seems to be popular, so I ordered it without hesitation. It came out in less than 5 minutes. The combination of rich white soup and thin noodles is very good! The soup was so delicious that I couldn't help but gulp it down. I would like to order other menu items as well!
