More Comments at Google MapTastes better than all of the other Ippudos that I've tried. Food was clearly fresh, and gyozas were crispy.
postscript) See you again another day. I ordered the extra spicy Karaka noodles. The spiciness tastes like curry spice, and it doesn't go well with the pork bone soup at all... All the deliciousness of the pork bone soup was erased and I had no idea what it tasted like. As expected, orthodox white is the best. You can see that the staff put a lot of effort into customer service, as they make sure to stop and give way to customers when passing each other. It's very lively, "The kitchen isn't feeling well!" ““Wow!”” There was something like that, but it's a ramen restaurant where many people are alone, and there are probably many people who want to eat quietly. Also, regardless of the coronavirus, if you shout loudly, you'll get sprayed, so personally, I'd like people to cook quietly. But even though everyone is busy, everyone is very nice, so you can feel comfortable. ---------- I went on the first day! ! ! ! As expected, it's crowded! ! ! ! I think it will take about 15-20 minutes around 20:30. The bean sprouts and mustard greens are all in one place, so you go and pick them up. There's quite a line. Orders are placed on the tablet at your seat. You can also make small orders like removing green onions here. The taste is familiar. There aren't many ramen shops around Kawaguchi Station, so I'm glad that Ippudo has opened!
I went after 11 o'clock on a weekday. It's been two weeks since we opened, but 80% of the seats were occupied...amazing. Orders are placed on a tablet placed on the table. There will be no particular difficulty in operating it. The problem is how to use coupons. When ordering on your tablet, order from the menu with the coupon you have. For example, if you want a free egg ticket, choose ramen, choose egg as topping, and place your order. On the tablet device, the egg price is included, but if you present the coupon at the time of checkout, the amount will be deducted. It might be hard to understand because there were two other people asking the staff besides me. By the way, it seems that there is only one coupon for each bowl of ramen. As for the taste, it goes without saying that the ramen was delicious, but the fried rice was also delicious. I felt that 1010 yen for a set of ramen and half fried rice was cheap. The free bean sprouts and mustard greens have a unique taste and are irresistibly useful. If you add this, the soup won't stop cooking... Also, since it is placed in the center of the store, there will be no one with the recent problem behavior, so you can rest assured. Some of the store staff were still inexperienced, and barcode payments were not yet supported (soon to be supported), but they were very pleasant. I would also like to try the Hakata Chinese noodles, which are only available at some stores.
