I ate dandan noodles at the ramen shop ``Raijin'' and was blown away by how delicious they were. Firstly, there was a generous amount of onions and minced meat, which made the bowl of dan dan noodles special. The sweetness of the onions and the flavor of the minced meat combined perfectly, giving the soup a deep flavor. In addition to this, the noodles themselves were also very tasty. It had just the right amount of chewy texture and held the soup well. Also, the atmosphere inside the store was wonderful. The space was spacious and the distance between each table was wide, making it very comfortable. I was able to relax and enjoy my meal without worrying about the distance from other customers. It was clean, the staff was kind, and the service was great. ``Raijin'' Dandanmen is a restaurant that provides a wonderful dining experience that will definitely make you want to visit again. The combination of dandan noodles with plenty of onions and minced meat, delicious noodles, and the cozy interior of the restaurant was simply the best. This tantanmen can't be named due to registered trademarks, but it's soul food Katsu in Sotobo, Chiba.

I never thought there would be a restaurant in Saitama Prefecture that serves ``Katsutan'' (Katsuura Tantanmen). Is it related to rights? So, although the store doesn't call it Katsutan, it looks like authentic Katsutan. The spiciness of the chili oil is also strong. You can also self-destruct by adding tabletop habanero chili powder. I'm also interested in the rich chicken paitan noodles, so I'd like to try it soon.
