Ranzan, Saitama, Japan｜ラーメン五月

As someone who has eaten at ramen restaurants all over the country, I think this is a great restaurant that deserves the title of ``local, long-established restaurant.'' I think Niboshi Ramen is a top-class product. It was a national level light sardine ramen and it was really delicious. Arashiyama's local B-class gourmet "Spicy Motsu Yakisoba" was also surprisingly delicious. It was a yakisoba with plenty of offal that had quite a bit of spiciness to it, and was overwhelmingly delicious. I can't think of anything other than five stars for this shop. I think this is a truly wonderful and unique shop!

It's been a long time since I found a delicious ramen restaurant. The shrimp wonton noodles are especially delicious. Spicy yakisoba has quite a strong spiciness, so people who don't like spicy food may find it difficult. I thought the fried rice would have a weak taste, but when I bit into it, I realized that it had a strong flavor. I wonder if the char siu inside is good. I went right after it opened, so it was empty, but I wonder if it gets crowded at lunchtime... It's a store you'll want to visit again.

I had lunch there while using the National Women's Center. It has the feel of a local Chinese restaurant that is loved by the locals. Enjoy the famous yakisoba. It was delicious.
