I had the ramen yakiniku set for lunch. I felt that the ramen had a gentle and simple taste with low salt content. I think the soup stock is made from bonito flakes. It felt like the owner made the Yakiniku himself. It was very delicious as it brought out the maximum flavor of the meat using the minimum amount required. Thank you for the meal.
