Possibly some of the best shoyu charshu ramen that I've ever eaten. They also give you a small cup of black coffee when you've finished, which was quite nice.

The atmosphere is like an old-fashioned Chinese restaurant. The ramen and half fried rice set (1000 yen) tasted better than I expected. What's more, they even serve coffee, which makes them feel very satisfied.

It is a shop that is truly like a town Chinese restaurant, and as soon as you pass through the noren that says Chinese noodles, you will be wrapped in the atmosphere of the Showa era. I ordered shoyu ramen and fried rice. To be honest, I was worried about the amount of back fat in the ramen in the photo attached to the review, but when I ate it, it wasn't greasy at all, and the soup had a very mild taste. What surprised me was the fried rice that was brought before the ramen. The moment I put it in my mouth, I felt that I had finally met. The fried rice I was looking for was here. All the people in the shop are kind and serve customers politely. I felt that I was able to meet a very good shop. However, this shop is not non-smoking, so please be careful if you are concerned about the smell of cigarettes. By all means, please try fried rice when you visit Fukuya.
