Misato, Saitama, Japan｜ごくう拉麵

This is a popular long-established Chinese restaurant that is difficult to get into. It was full at 9pm on Thursday. I had the Misato ramen (juicy seafood, vegetables, and kakidama soy sauce soup, even spicy!). My son had the char siu noodles (four thick slices with lots of oil, char siu + wakame + mizuna + green onion + naruto + menma), gyoza (big!), and half rice (larger than normal! Comes with soup). It was very filling and the noodles and taste were delicious! I ordered bottled beer (the glass was frozen! The draft beer of the people around me was ice-cold and delicious! Many people ordered chicken skin with it.) and gyoza, so I didn't eat the noodles. I couldn't cut it. The store staff was also kind and polite, making a good impression. There are only male customers, so it takes a lot of courage to be a woman alone lol The drinks (alcohol) are also interesting, so I want to go again!

A set of Misato ramen (medium spicy) with half fried rice. It was very delicious! ! ! Half fried rice is quite large, so I think women will be quite satisfied lol I would like to visit you again! I visited you again the other day. The rock salt ramen the other day was delicious, I ordered Akabai rock salt ramen! It was also delicious. Personally, I really like fried dumplings with bean paste. I ate 6 pieces by myself. I'll visit you again!

I used it for takeout. It's cheap, filling, and satisfying. It has an old-fashioned nostalgic flavor that goes well with beer. There are many single items, so I think it's a ramen shop suitable for drinking. I heard that ramen and yakiniku set meals are delicious, so I want to eat at the store next time. The jellyfish egg was especially delicious.
