It was a rainy day so it was empty. I used to go there a lot, but after I went away for a while, I guess they moved. The location was different from what I remembered. I ate ramen, and the vegetables were really tasty, and the flavor alone was enough to soak it up. And the meat was so big that I thought it must have been some kind of mistake. It was hiding under the vegetables, and it was about the size of an adult man's fist. It was so heavy that it was difficult to pick it up with chopsticks. lol Even though it was belly bread, I was able to eat it till the end. It was the best. Added on 2023.05.02 I ate delicious spicy ramen at the beginning of April. I think the combination of Butakasuabura and Kuta vegetables here is a work of art. The size of the meat is so huge that even without adding anything it makes me laugh lol From mid-April, I became addicted to Mazesoba and ate it four times in two weeks. Really delicious! Added on 2023.9.10 I went again the other day. However, it was a bit of an unfortunate situation. A new clerk in the past few months? It seems that it was a regular clerk, but I don't care about the quality of customer service at Fujimaru now, but even the taste... The chashu was so salty that I couldn't eat it. Butakasuabura also has less flavor and is saltier than before. . Until a few months ago, I thought it was delicious and ate it all the time, but I'd like to see some improvement.

Jiro-style ramen with delicious tsukemen. It's so delicious that you'll become addicted to it the more you cycle 15 minutes to visit it every time.

The meat is huge! It's about the size of a fist. The price is a little high, but I like the tender meat and hard noodles.
