First visit. I was nervous as I'm a Jiro type of person, but despite my concerns, the store manager and other staff members were very nice and treated me kindly even though I was new to the store. Of course it tastes great too! I want to go eat there again soon!

I wanted to eat a lot and went to Bokumen, which I had been interested in for a while. It was always crowded so it was hard to get in, but today I went early so I was able to sit right away! Does the owner need an apron? I was grateful for his listening and consideration. It tasted like ramen, but it was really delicious. I was satisfied with the size of the chashu and the amount of vegetables! The ramen is delicious and the price is great, so I'm sure I'll keep coming back at this point, but thanks to the owner's kind customer service, it's actually free (?). Thank you for the delicious ramen! I will go eat there again! !

The noodles may be too strong and you may have different tastes, but this is a Jiro-style restaurant where the deliciousness of the pork is top class!
