I entered the store around 2pm, and there were quite a few customers. All seats are at the counter. There are ticket vending machines, water, and aprons right at the entrance. There are some reviews that say the staff have a bad attitude, but that's not the case at all. There are detailed and helpful instructions posted, such as when to say toppings and the types of toppings, so even first-timers can feel at ease. To be honest, I thought ¥930 for a small bowl of ramen was a bit expensive, but it went perfectly with the additional ¥50 of fish meal and was insanely delicious. Even though it's expensive, I'm satisfied. The toppings are vegetables, garlic, and a little bit of fried chicken. Vegetables are a good way to increase your intake. I thought it would be better to make it better, but the boiled vegetables taste good anyway, and it goes well with fishmeal as well. The amount of noodles is also well balanced. I think it falls into the elegant category even for Jiro style. The char siu was also thick. I'll come back later.

The other day, my staff (female) and I were talking about ramen, and she told me that there was a ramen restaurant in front of Dokkyo University that she wanted to try, so we decided to go there for lunch. Yes, the staff member is a woman, so I was imagining elegant ramen. When I got to the store, I realized that it was the exact opposite... Isn't this...a long time ago, at a certain store in Kasukabe, the staff was so scary that even though the food was delicious, I didn't want to go there anymore, engraved deep in my memory? Well, I have to be more careful now that I have entered the store. (Of course, the first one is not me, but the staff.) Now, I will order with a meal ticket. My staff really wanted to try the Hogushi Buta, so if the lady can eat it, I'll have the same, so I bought two sets of ramen (mini) and Hogushi Buta meal tickets. There was an open counter at the front and back of the store, and I was taken there. When I walked around the store, I saw everyone happily sipping on their ramen! This is a battlefield called a ramen shop, and memories of the past come back to life. Will I get angry if I talk to you? I'm 45 years old and I'm nervous. But here's what I noticed. In addition to the two male clerks, there was one other person, hmm! ? Hey, there's a female clerk here! ? I discovered an oasis of the heart, a flower of reverence that blooms on the battlefield! For some reason, I feel a little relieved. And, I guess it's called a call, and I'm ordering ramen, isn't it? The staff who takes orders are also very kind. yeah? Isn't it a battlefield? If you look inside the store, there are even paper aprons. ? Now that we've packed it up for a while, the Hogushibuta arrives first, but there are a lot more than we expected! It's okay... There are so many that I wish I had combined them into one... After that, the ramen will arrive. But this is a mini...is this a mini? It's mini and normal. Now it's time to eat it. Wow, it's delicious...the soup is so delicious. The crispy noodles are also great! I put this loosened pork in my ramen and concentrated on making my mouth happy. This loosened pork is also very good and goes well with the spicy noodles. Before I knew it, I'd finished eating the noodles, and my body was begging for more noodles, so I vowed to myself that next time I'd try smaller ones. At this point, I noticed that the chashu that had been in there from the beginning was intact. The moment I finally took a bite of this chashu, it felt like a dessert...For some reason, my satiety center suddenly reached its maximum... I can't eat it, really... At this point, I looked over at the staff member next to me and noticed that they were all very clean! ! There's nothing in the soup either! ! I asked the staff if they would please eat my half-eaten chashu... What a heartwarming OK! An oasis for your heart here too! ! In this way, it was a complete meal. I was a little scared of the Jiro style, but when I went in, I found that Takanome-san didn't have any of that, and it was delicious, so I'll definitely be going back! Thank you for the meal.

Visit when the store opens in the evening. 7 people waiting. I chose Tsuimaze soba ¥950 because I was lured by the person in front of me. Fish meal topping ¥50. Cole is garlic spicy fried garlic mayo. The fish meal was quite good with more junk. The noodles here are homemade noodles using Auction. Irresistibly delicious. I was really hungry, so I tried the default 300g, but it was still quite a volume. A mini 200g might be enough for me. It was delicious anyway. The customer service was also very good. There are many coin parking lots in the surrounding area. Even though it's in front of the station, it's cheap at ¥100 for 30 minutes. We recommend the coin parking located 80 meters from the store towards the station. A return visit is certain.
