The thick, slightly bitter, viscous pork bone soup mixed well with the firm, chewy thin noodles and was very delicious. It's been a while since I finished eating soup. The pork belly bowl is made by cutting blocks of pork belly, frying them in chicken oil, and seasoning them with a special sauce. The meat is tender and delicious with a slightly sweet and spicy seasoning. Also recommended!
GOODLUCK ramen. A new store in Soka City, Saitama Prefecture. Opening September 26, 2021. The nearest station is Nitta Station. The owner is from “Yokohama Ramen Torai Takeshi” in Jiyugaoka. Torai Takeshi came from the Musashi family, as the name suggests, so it is named after him. In the Kanto region, Saitama Prefecture, which is a barren area of the family lineage, has shown a rapid advance of the family lineage since this year. Since it just opened, the current menu is GOODLUCK ramen, ramen, and char siu noodles. This time, I had the GOODLUCK ramen (ramen with special toppings), which is the specialty of this restaurant. The noodles are hard and the taste and the amount of oil are normal and call. There is also a free rice service, which is also added. The soup is a tonkotsu soy sauce with a strong pork flavor, and it has a rich and thick texture. It is particularly sour, and this sour deliciousness is irresistible, and it is no exaggeration to say that it is the ideal form of the family. Really delicious! The noodles are medium-thick noodles made by Fuji Seimen, which was also a celebration flower. Ingredients are char siu, spinach, seaweed, and green onions. Originally, it was supposed to come with 3 slices of char siu, but since the soft-boiled egg topping was out of stock, 4 slices of char siu were offered instead. The char siu is large and soft, and the taste is solid, and it's really delicious! The spinach is in the shape of a cucumber and is a large amount by default. There are 5 sheets of nori seaweed, and it is thick and has a good flavor. It's also delicious wrapped around rice or noodles! There is a small amount of green onion. Of course, there are tabletop taste-changing items and cucumber pickles, so you can enjoy various taste changes. Rice can be refilled for free. It was a cup full of Musashi family lovers and it was quite delicious. After Ramen Sakuramichi and Ishikawaya, it feels like a new store that has played a role in revitalizing the Saitama family. It is not a goodwill division, but an independent opening, so I would like you to do your best. It was a little disappointing that the soft-boiled egg was out of stock, probably because it had just opened, but the customer service was very positive. I ordered ramen for 700 yen. You can add rice for free. The store is clean and the staff are very friendly. The taste is so-called family ramen, and I felt that the chashu was fragrant and delicious. The char siu is a solid type, not a thick one, so if you are considering char siu noodles, please refer to it. I usually get greasy when I eat Iekei, but the ramen here is moderately refreshing, so I don't feel particularly uncomfortable after eating it. Some people commented that it was sour a month before coming to the store, but when I came to the store, it wasn't sour at all, so something may have changed.
