A hidden gem. Well worth the line-ups they have in the middle of these 35°+ 2020 summer days. Interesting kara-miso ramen with a little unexpected sweetness, quality noodles, generous handful of negi and a perfectly sized dollop of red hot but not overpowering miso. Clean, organized, friendly staff, free parking right next door, good for kids. They even took free chilled bottles of water to ppl waiting outside. Highly recommended! On the other hand, I don't want to have to line-up forever when I go back, which will be soon, so please disregard the above.

I ordered the Chinese noodles flat and rich, and the meat rice at lunchtime service. A nice visual with plenty of pork and green onions. I finished the soup to the fullest. The meat rice is not the usual vague soy sauce, but has a strong seasoning that goes perfectly with the soup. Rich green onion chashu noodles and mentaiko rice I might really like this combination. More than 10 pieces of pork, gentle gray green onions, and mentaiko rice I ended up drinking all the soup without getting bored. It's delicious so I can't help it. I visit regularly. I saw the name Tanaka Soba mentioned in other reviews, so I went there to try it as well, and then ordered Niku Soba here. Once again, I was impressed by the taste. For me, it was an opportunity to go from ⭐︎4 to ⭐︎5. delicious!

Buy your meal ticket first and then wait in line. There are a wide variety of toppings that are free at lunchtime. Meat dishes also seem to be popular. This time I had the Yamagata spicy miso ramen, and the noodles were flat and chewy, and I enjoyed watching the taste change as the spicy miso gradually dissolved. I would like to try Chinese noodles next time. There is a parking lot next door, but please be aware that there are only a few spaces available compared to the number of visitors. I used a nearby coin parking lot and walked there. It's fun to walk around an unknown city.
