I wanted to eat Iekei Ramen so I went to Maruya in Yashio... It's convenient because there is a parking lot and you can go there by car. I arrived around 12:30 and there were 2 people waiting. However, the turnover rate was fast so I was able to sit down quickly. With a variety of seasonings, you can enjoy your favorite ramen and rice. I like to eat rice with Mugen garlic and ginger and mayonnaise. I will go eat there again! !

I took my child with me. I had a large serving of ramen and a large serving of char siu rice and shared it with my 2nd grade son. I was a little worried that it might not be enough, but it was quite a volume and there was a little left over. The noodles were thick and had a good volume. The soup can be adjusted to your liking, such as the richness and fatness of the flavor. The store clerk told me to let him know if it was too thick even after I started eating it. At the beginning of eating, I thought it was just right, but as I continued to eat, I felt that the soup became thicker. I thought the chashu rice would be a little thin, but when I ate it with the ramen soup, I noticed that it was delicious. The char siu is thinly sliced and easy to eat, and is about half the size of a bowl. I am very satisfied with just the regular ramen char siu. In the case of char siu ramen, there are 3 pieces of this. The taste is satisfying as well as the volume. Also, the store clerk's feeling is good. It is one of the shops I want to go to.

I went to eat at various royal groups such as Kashiwa, Toride, Akihabara, and Utsunomiya, and they were all high quality restaurants. There was a comment in the review that the soup was salty, but I felt that the thickness of the soup was average and just right. I can't eat the ramen at Iekei Ramen because it's so salty. This is just my personal opinion. I'm not a ramen critic, but the balance of soup and soy sauce was really good. There is a LINE/X follow service as a service, and this time we got free chashu mawashi and 3 pieces of seaweed for free. The rice has infinite garlic, chopped ginger, and the mayonnaise and ramen vinegar are made on an iron plate. This alone is worth eating. We ate ramen and rice alternately, and finally had soup. The undiluted soup made from pork stock is delicious on its own. This is a store I would like to visit again when I am nearby.
