More Comments at Google MapI visited Koshuya Bettei for lunch on Friday, March 3, 2023. I entered the store after disinfecting with alcohol. There is a food ticket machine near the entrance. The two mainstays are white sesame dandan noodles and black sesame dandan noodles. The store is compact with counter seats and table seats. Each counter seat was separated by an acrylic board. The customer base is wide-ranging, young and old. J-POP was playing inside the store. All the customers eat in silence and only the music can be heard. I was guided to a counter seat and was provided with cold water. The courteous customer service from the staff was also good. I ate black sesame dandan noodles. It was 850 yen including tax. I chose 3 for both because you can adjust the spiciness of chili oil and the numbness of pepper. The spiciness level was 3, which was just right and not too spicy. The ingredients include minced meat, green onions, nuts, dried shrimp, and plenty of black sesame seeds. The aroma of the dried shrimp and black sesame, the crunchy texture of the nuts, and the meaty taste of the fluffy minced meat are also delicious. The noodles are gray in color, chewy, and have a good flavor. The soup has a spiciness and numbing taste, is full of umami, and has a gorgeous aroma. I drank every drop of the soup and finished it. It was very delicious.
Large serving of dandan noodles without black sesame soup spiciness 3 numbness 2 The chewy texture of the noodles is amazing, the scent of sakura shrimp, the sweetness of cashew nuts, and the takuan? I wonder if it was the texture. It's delicious as is, but it's even better when you add black vinegar or vinegar on the table. Next time I will try white sesame!
A tantan noodle shop just a short walk from Urawa Station. The main menu's dandan noodles come in white sesame dandan noodles and black sesame dandan noodles, but I chose the basic white sesame dandan noodles. You can also choose the spiciness, 6 levels of spicy 0-5 Pepper 6 levels from 0-5 You can choose from a variety of flavors, so both people who like spicy food and those who don't can enjoy it. I chose Bibitte Mala 2 (it said 3 was recommended) and Hanasho 3. The spiciness was just right, and since I like sansho pepper, I added some sansho pepper that was on the table to increase the spiciness. (You can also add spicy) The noodles were chewy and the soup was rich but not overwhelming and very delicious. It seems that they also sell Dandan noodles online, so I'll try ordering them. Participating in a children's cafeteria (volunteers who provide free meals to children) was also highly rated. I hope this kind of initiative spreads. Also, I was impressed by the signature of artist Shoko Haida.
