Collaboration ramen with Daruma Ambassador, a famous restaurant in Gunma. I'm sure you've managed to make the pork bones so rich. But, pig or chicken? I can't really feel the flavor. The reproducibility is about 80%. If anything, it tasted similar to Ichiran. The secret ramen sauce and crushed garlic make it a satisfying dish for me personally. I think they did their best even though it was a chain... (^_^;)
