The oyster ramen is simply delicious. The soup is packed with oyster essence and the slight lemon taste is so welcoming as it adds a citrus kick to the soup. Soaking in the lovely soup, are the plump and fresh oysters that were torched. Do not miss their sides too. The shop is about a 30-minute bus ride from Kawagoe main station.

The moment you walk in, by scent you will already know what to expect. The smell of fish broth just fills up the room and made me already salivating for the noodles. I ordered the oyster ramen and I would highly recommend that as it was very unique and flavorful. The noodles by default are relatively soft thin noodles that absorb the soup perfectly. That said, if you prefer more chewy noodles you may opt for 3 other kinds, but will have to specially request it. If you don't speak Japanese that task may be a little hard. It is a 30 minute detour from kawagoe station if you don't drive so I would highly recommend it if you have lots of time in the area. Definitely come if you drive to kawagoe as it is on the way.

Needless to say, this ramen shop represents Saitama (it's not an exaggeration to say)! As soon as the niboshi ramen arrives, the mellow aroma whet your appetite, and when you take a sip, you will be impressed by the flavor of the niboshi and soy sauce. Crisp noodles are also wonderful and the best gem. The seafood bowl and char siu bowl are so delicious that you can come here to eat them.
