I think the chewy yet filling chashu is quite delicious even among ramen shops. The crispy noodles also go well together. It's not that the manager is unfriendly, but rather that he's not good at talking. Although it is short, there is also a greeting. The only downside is that the eggs they serve are fresh and hard to peel lol.

I can see some people giving it a low rating, but I've always been satisfied with it. I always order green onion miso, so I don't know about the other menu items, but there are more green onions than other rashos, and there's a big piece of chashu, so I don't have any problems with the normal one. Same taste. Free boiled eggs are also available. Isn't the shop owner the typical tough type? For better or worse, she seems like a normal person, and I like that aspect of her. It seems like they are closed on Tuesdays, so I sometimes go there on Sundays as well, but I guess it's a bummer that they're almost always closed on those days. This is a store that I hope will never disappear.

My son, who doesn't always say it's delicious, said it was delicious when he ate it for the first time. The boiled egg service is also good.
