This is a rich chicken paitan ramen shop located at the corner of the intersection with the Lotte factory near Shin-Sayama Station. This store has been around for many years, and I happened to be passing by when I saw the TV broadcast [Nonstop], and I felt fate and decided to stop by. The ramen is based on rich chicken broth, soy sauce, and salt, and the noodles are thin noodles similar to Hakata ramen. The Hakata-style thin noodles were not too bad, but they didn't have that unique powdery smell, and above all, the rich flavor of the soup permeated my body. The green onions and water went well with the soup. Soy sauce gives the soup a sharper edge. The salt was mellow and had a cleaner taste than soy sauce. Both the owner and the staff were friendly, and I was satisfied with the fun and warm atmosphere of the store, just as it was shown on TV. There is something called a handshake ticket in the ticket vending machine. I didn't buy it, but apparently you can shake hands with the celebrities who appeared on TV! The store is located at the corner of the Lotteria factory intersection near Shin-Sayama Station, so it may be difficult to stop by, but why not try the rich soup?
