More Comments at Google MapChar siu noodles. The soup with backfat and the noodles were delicious. The heavily seasoned char siu was a perfect match with the lunch service rice. Next time I'm going to eat salt pork bones char siu. It was a restaurant with good taste, service and atmosphere.
Tontonfune is a ramen shop that is loved by the locals. Apparently, the ship is called ``Shippu.'' There are counter and table seats inside the store. There are three types of menu: ramen (600 yen), miso ramen (700 yen), and salted tonkotsu ramen (700 yen). If you choose chashu noodles for each, it costs an additional 100 yen. Large size + 100 yen, extra egg + 50 yen, etc. The side menu is pretty simple, with boiled eggs (50 yen) and rice (200 yen). This time, I ordered the salted tonkotsu ramen. There are two people working at the counter. At lunch time, it comes with rice or boiled egg. If you don't arrive after 12:00 during lunch time, the place will fill up quickly, so it's a good idea to arrive as early as possible. How does it taste? ! Yes, it's very delicious. The medium-thick noodles (not that thick) intertwine with the soup, and even when you're eating the noodles, the soup goes into your mouth. Also, while I was eating it, the mountains of green onions and bean sprouts sank into the soup, but it's also delicious to eat them on top of rice. it's recommended. Personally, I use a lot of paper napkins, so having a box of tissues always available is great! Also, it's easy to access from Totsuka Yasuyuki Station, which takes less than 5 minutes on foot ♫
Ordered salted tonkotsu ramen. The moment I ate the char siu, I thought I should have gone with the salted tonkotsu char siu, which I didn't think I would be able to finish. Char siu is delicious! It's thinly sliced, easy to eat, and has a strong flavor. The soup contains backfat and looks heavy at first glance, but the taste is strong but not overwhelming, so I drank it all, which was unusual, as it wasn't a huge amount. I'm interested in other menu items, so I'd like to visit again.
