An understated but absolutely delicious bowl of ramen. I've been thinking about it ever since.

This is a shop that has been popular for 30 years. I usually add seasonings to my ramen, but the flavor of this soup was perfect, and I enjoyed the soup with its dried sardines without adding anything unnecessary. Both the chashu and wontons are perfect. Also, the store is kept clean. Then, the other day, when I was eating with my bag on my lap, she brought over a child's chair and asked me to put her in it. As expected, the owner of the store has always been considerate towards his customers, which I am grateful for.

I lived nearby until about 10 years ago, so I used to visit almost once a week. My sons have been working at the store for the past few years. Even though it's from the same restaurant, same pot, same water, same ingredients, and the same bowl, the taste is completely different from the old man's.
