More Comments at Google Map4 people waiting 10 minutes before opening. Ordered with garlic, ginger, and oil without soup, and my wife's ramen with ginger. Both are very delicious. The customer service is also very good and pays close attention to detail. The inside of the store feels a little dirty. The parking lot in front of the store was full, so I parked at a coin-operated parking lot at the station-side intersection for 600 yen for less than an hour.
Visited on a hot midsummer weekday afternoon. We arrived after 12:00 and there were 5 people in line. The inside of the store is small, making it a tough environment to eat ramen in the middle of summer, but the taste is even better. The staff are kind and will tell you about the menu. On this day, I ordered the standard ramen with soy sauce, the amount of noodles was 250g, the topping was a bit less oil, and the vegetables were normal. The soup is delicious, but the pork is so tender that it's the best.
2023.05.03 Shintokorozawa for the first time in a month✨ Homemade noodles Masaki non-emulsifying [Shin Aution] ・Salt Tsukemen ・Jikurage ·Chili Oil ·cheese I came here to enjoy Shin Aushon noodles because they introduced a new cutting blade. When new noodles come out, I always make them into tsukemen. The purpose is to slurp the only noodles (lol) It's a little different from the smooth texture of radon, and this one has a nice texture and flavor. It's delicious! Serve the noodles + cheese + chili oil on separate plates and enjoy the different flavors... I forgot to buy eggs 😅 But it was good! Thank you for the meal! ======= This is my home in Tokyo. Eating the noodles here is my motivation (lol) What I received on this day ・No salt soup (changed to limited edition flat noodles) ·Chili Oil ・Egg ・Jikurage ・Cheese (under the vegetable) Free toppings are “Omakase” Here, you can enjoy the limited menu of ``selectable noodles.'' On this day, I chose flat noodles (auction), and of course I chose this one. The noodles, which are much thicker than kishimen, are ferocious and very filling. The flavor is stronger than regular noodles. My favorite is without salt. Flat noodles are the best match without this salty soup. As I was writing this, I got hungry, so I'm going to go again, even though I feel like I'm halfway there.
