This is an affiliated restaurant that serves very delicious ramen in Saitama Prefecture. I received the special Niboshi Soba with white soy sauce! The soup has a strong scent of dried sardines, but it's light and you can drink it to the end. The noodles are thin and straight. All the ingredients are delicious! ~Tanrei Special Dried Sardines Tsukemen~ First visit! Conquer all Yoshikawa affiliated stores! It is a store without waiting time around 18:00 on Saturday. A parking lot is also provided. Lightly salted soup with a pleasant aroma of carefully extracted dried sardines, dipped in thick, curly noodles. The scent of dried sardines that fills your mouth is irresistible. Yoshikawa's quality will not disappoint! It's a light soup, but it's also entwined with the noodles. Trefoil leaves and lemon vinegar on the table give you a refreshing feeling. Boiled dumplings and seafood bowls are also attractive, so if you have room in your stomach, please do! Thank you for the meal!

When you enter the store, purchase a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine located at the back left. Once you have made your purchase, a staff member will be waiting for you and will give you your meal ticket. I often order black soy sauce ramen. The black soy sauce noodles are chewy, hard, and have a strong flavor. Other people have written about the taste of the soup in detail, so I will omit it. Wonton noodles are flat and slippery, unlike black soy sauce. The noodles are different depending on the soup.
