Higashimatsuyama, Saitama, Japan｜Gokoku Miso Ramen Misoya Kuranosuke Higashimatsuyama

As the name suggests, the main specialty of this restaurant is miso ramen. I used it for dinner. What I ate was miso vegetable tanmen. The umami of stir-fried vegetables, miso soup, and medium-thick noodles were very delicious. The seasonings on the table were sesame, pepper, shichimi pepper, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil. Among them, I ate only sesame so as not to destroy the flavor of miso, but I think it was the correct answer. I haven't counted it properly, but I think it was a large store with about 10 counter seats and about 6 table seats. There are many table seats, so it can be used by families. In addition, we were not dissatisfied with various payment methods such as cards and QR codes.

I ordered miso tanmen with extra vegetables. Compared to the photo, the ramen was not as filling or crunchy due to the added vegetables, but it was very delicious. Even though it was around 2pm, there was still a steady stream of customers, so you can tell that it's a popular restaurant.

Entered the store as soon as it opened on weekdays. Even though it was early, customers kept arriving one after another. All the staff were women. With his lovely smile and pleasant customer service, I personally gave him a 5 star rating even before I ate there⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was my first time using the service, but they carefully explained their recommendations. I didn't feel like it was a job at all, and I felt like they were having fun working there. (^_^) Needless to say, it was delicious. However, to be selfish, if fried rice is on the menu, it will be upgraded to 6 stars. (・∀・) Please let me know if you have another chance. The parking lot is shared with Katsuya, so I think it's quite spacious and easy to use.
