More Comments at Google MapI searched online to see if there was a Jiro-style restaurant near Sakado, and visited this one around the end of July, as it had good reviews. Park your car at a nearby coin parking lot. Kitasakado is the closest station, so parking fees are cheap. The inside of the store does not have the high-pressure feel that is unique to Jiro. Easy to enter with a bright atmosphere. A system where you buy meal tickets from a ticket vending machine. I don't remember the exact price, but I think it was a reasonable price. There is also a sense of cleanliness inside the store. I guess the water is pretty cold too. The sense of distance from the staff is just right. Not too close, not too far. Soy sauce ramen medium pork mashi Cole is normal, oily and garlic is better. It has a very delicious impression among the Inspire series. Please refer to the topping descriptions posted on the counter. The pork was well-seasoned and tender, with a hint of sweetness from the oil. The noodles have a good balance of texture and thickness and blend well with the soup. The noodles are also quite voluminous. There seem to be quite a lot of large ones. The garlic was quite thick and there was a good amount for garlic lovers. The oil is also better, and I'm eating Jiro style in a pretty good way! It had a kind of oily feel to it. There is a fair amount of Yasai by default. If you want to make it better, it might be better to go down one size of ramen. The amount of cabbage is slightly higher, so you can feel the flavor from the vegetables. I think it's quite delicious. The soup is mild and emulsified, but it is thick and has a strong salty taste. It looks like Jiro is eating a lot! If you are a beginner and are not used to oil or garlic, it may be best not to use Mashicor. Delicious soup, well-balanced noodles, and Yasai and pork with good texture and flavor. I think this is a rare Jiro-inspired restaurant in Saitama that has delicious food and is easy to enter. There is only a counter for coughing, so it may not be suitable for families. It's quite voluminous, so be careful when ordering! lol My stomach became quite bloated...lol It was delicious! It was a feast.
The atmosphere of ramen is similar to Jiro style. However, I was able to eat it without stress because there was no attitude like the clerk eating ramen, which is common in Jiro. The fact that it's open until 2:00 a.m. is a great point for me, and I'm grateful that I can still eat ramen after midnight.
Last time I came to Kitasakado Station, it was around 3pm and the store wasn't open, so I decided to try it today. Perhaps because it's a Saturday night, the customer base is families, young people, elderly couples, and men and women of all ages. It's said to be Jiro-inspired, but unfortunately I've never told Jiro himself, so I bought a ticket for extra meatballs for the soy sauce ramen and asked the store clerk for everything without chanting a spell. It's a long time until it comes out! Well, it looks very delicious, but it's lighter than I expected. The back fat is floating, but it doesn't feel that fatty. The noodles are very thick and hard and delicious, and the chashu and egg with extra meat balls are also delicious, but the soup lacks flavor. Wouldn't it have been better to say something like "garlic karame"? There are many other options to choose from, such as salt, miso, and tsukemen, and I would like to try something else next time I have the opportunity. In addition, it was a cash only meal ticket system. This is my second time. This time it's soy sauce ramen medium and meatball. When I said that I would like Tanaka, garlic, and vegetables, a mountain of ramen arrived. The photo turned out to be impressive, but it was a failure. Vegetables seem to be ``better'' because they are ``a little bit better''. The thanaka had a spiciness unique to this restaurant, and the garlic added to the flavor, but you had to eat the mountain of bean sprouts first to get to the noodles. But now that I know how delicious it is, I would like to try a different flavor next time. This is the fourth time. It was finally open! This time I added meatballs with miso flavor. It has a proper miso taste, but I think the spiciness is stronger because I used thanaka. In any case, this time it was delicious. After all, this char siu has a lot of volume, which is good. However, even though I take photos every time, why aren't the photos displayed?
