I rode my bicycle for 30 minutes to go eat at a ramen shop that has a reputation for being delicious. This time I will have rich pork bone ramen (soy sauce) + rice. The rich pork bone soup entwines with the noodles and makes it the most filling dish! The char siu is also thick and chewy, and the rice goes well with the flavor of the spinach!
