Tori paitan with shio ramen was extremely delicious. Can't wait to eat it again.

Choose salt for chicken broth. As the description says, the soup had a potage-like texture, and was rich and delicious. Even in the basic state, there is enough chashu on it, so next time I might just add boiled egg. The char siu rice bowl was made with diced char siu, accented with green onions, and mixed with the sweet sauce, it was very delicious. The chicken soba soy sauce was the best!Added green onions! The tandan noodles had a numbing amount of Japanese pepper and were also delicious! The cold Dandan noodles are chewy and have a different taste. I ate it while sweating, although the spiciness felt mild as it was well chilled.

It's a beautiful tori paitan ramen with ingredients arranged like roses. The taste is also delicious, with the soup like thick chicken potage entwined with the noodles. If you have room in your stomach, I would like to add rice.
